Fay is responsible as HSE Coordinator, First Aider and Duty Officer for keeping our staff and our contractors safe and well. She develops and delivers our annual HSE Plan, partnering with our customers to understand their requirements and promoting open discussion to share knowledge and strive for continuous improvement.
An essential part of Fay’s role is conducting site visits and risk assessments, both prior to a contractor starting at a new work site or when moving into a new role, and regularly throughout the duration of the assignment. She actively supports our customers to ensure that they meet their obligations in relation to the health and safety of our contractors.
